the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the hotel itself was beautifully decorated and conveniently located near the main train station and city center. I appreciated the fact that they offered a continental breakfast with cereals, scrambled eggs, and hot beverages. Despite some language barriers, the staff managed to communicate effectively with the help of Google Translate. it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Zaulek to others. Cons: Nothing, it is perfect! 😊.
